It took me about an hour to install. The tricky bit is threading the bolts through the frame but you get the hang of that quickly with the spring steel fish wires (included). Cutting the plastic under body trim was a snap with my table saw. All in all very straight forward on my 2009 Jetta TDI Wagon.
